While you may still purchase physical items if your country isn't listed, please consider that we may be holding onto this item for possible months before we are able to ship it to you.

All physical items are carefully hand-packaged and thoroughly secured before being shipped. While we understand that delays can be frustrating, we request that you please expect longer shipping times due to the current events.

Return Policy
While we inspect and try to make sure every product is in perfect condition before it is shipped, we recognise that some faulty goods may slip through the cracks. If any physical product arrives faulty or damaged we can personally issue a refund/replacement of the product.

Excepted returns:

-Product doesn't produce sound or audio quality is poor

-Product has HEAVY cosmetic damage

-Product (such as cassette) is missing a listed track on the tape

-Part of the product is missing

-Product has been lost during shipping

SUFFICIENT PHOTOGRAPHIC OR VIDEO EVIDENCE MUST BE SUPPLIED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF PRODUCT ARRIVAL


Non-excepted returns:

-Customer changing mind, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL

-Customer themselves damaging the product, even by accident

-Light cosmetic damage that doesn't effect play or sound

-Product issues that have been reported 10 days or more after arrival

-Customer failing to register or change their shipping address
